DIY Facial at Home

In this though time, going to get our facial is an impossible task. Which is why DIY Facial at home is super ideal. We can use the current skin care regimen we have been using but make it intentional with adding mask, face steamer and massage. Here is a video by UK-Based Aesthetician, Sarah Chapman, who has done Victoria Beckham to Meghan Markle. In this video, she gives insights on how to do an easy DIY facial at home. She recommends using a facial steamer by her brand but if you are looking for an affordable option there are amazing steamers out there for $40-60, recommended by BIRDIE.

Besides steamer, massage is KEY to an effective facial. Just ask Candace Marino, a Hollywood Aesthetician who is the go-to girl of Kourtney Kardashian and Miranda Kerr. We have been following her for a bit now, and in her recent blog, she spills the secret to an actually effective facial which is massages in the right places and with with the right techniques.

Blissful Yoga Flow For Unsettling Times

For those of you that have been putting off doing some self-care, Yoga is one of the best ways to start. This is a perfect time to do some serious spring cleaning and of course it should include organizing your closet and home in general. Marie Kondo is the mother of strategic organizing and has been very popular. If you want to get insights on how she does it… watch her show on NETFLIX and you’ll be able to pick up how she does it. Besides… having a tidy home will contribute to our well-ness and feeling at peace with working from home!

Set aside a day on the weekend to do a home or closet organizing. For some of us, it will require a few day but we can always do once or twice a week for a dedicated day to clean our spaces. Having a roof on top of our heads is truly a blessing from the Force Above and we should not take it for granted. Afterall, these are the gifts that are meant to be taken care of. 😍
